Howie Roseman is simply addicted to trading down at this point.

For the fifth time since the 2024 NFL Draft began, the Birds have moved down.

The Eagles were set to make a pick at No. 132 before the Detroit Lions came calling.

Here are the trade terms …

EAGLES RECEIVE: No. 164, No. 201, 2025 fourth-round pick

LIONS RECEIVE: No. 132, No. 210

Roseman has now acquired THREE picks in the 2025 NFL Draft by moving down on Day 3 of this year’s draft. It’s apparent that they agree with the consensus opinion that next year’s draft class is stronger than this year’s crop.

Funny enough, the 2025 fourth-round pick the Eagles acquired is the one they originally gave up to acquire D’Andre Swift last year.

According to Over The Cap, the Eagles surrendered 816 points in this deal and received 728 this year alone … plus the value of next year’s fourth-round selection that’s worth about somewhere between 510 and 661 points.

The Eagles still have five picks left in this year’s draft.

They also now have the following nine picks in 2025: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd (from Miami Dolphins), 4th (from Detroit Lions), 5, 5 (from Houston Texans), 7 (one of four teams), 7 (one of four teams).
