Dominik Mysterio’s perfect response to CM Punk’s trash talk

Unless he ends up wrestling on Raw tonight (Dec. 18), CM Punk will return to the ring in house show matches against Dominik Mysterio later this month.

Punk plugged one of those, on the Dec. 30 card from Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, while doing MMA commentary last weekend. He winked at his classic angle with the Mysterio family from 2010, saying “I’ve wanted to punch this kid since he was eight years old.”

Dirty reposted Fightful’s tweet with that Punk quote, adding some trash talk of his own to go along with a (perhaps intentionally) grainy clip of Punk botching a springboard punch during his tag match with FTR against Max Caster & The Gunns from the June 1, 2022 AEW Dynamite in the same building.
