The April 17 Dynamite opened with the return of new IWGP World Heavyweight champion Jon Moxley. He delivered a promo that covered a few things, but among them was the set-up for a match next Wednesday against Powerhouse Hobbs of The Don Callis Family.

We also had a Callis Family/BCC clash later on in the episode, as Will Ospreay prepared to face Mox’s teammate Bryan Danielson this Sunday at Dynasty by taking on their other teammate Claudio Castagnoli. It was predictably excellent…

… and ended with Ospreay victorious after countering a Giant Swing to start a sequence that ended with Hidden Blade.
At that point, Hobbs and fellow Family members Kyle Fletcher & Konosuke Takeshita hit the ring to inflict more punishment on Castagnoli. Moxley came to his aid, and The Family cleared the ring. Ospreay was not on board with their actions…

That also led to the announcement that Saturday on Collision Danielson & Castagnoli will take on Fletcher & Takeshita in a Bunkhouse Brawl.
However that goes, we’ll be surprised if Ospreay leaves Dynasty as a Callis Family member. Crowds love cheering the Bruv, and they love giving Don & crew the opposite treatment. Something’s got to give, and earning the BCC’s respect seems like that something.
