Call your shot one week before Day 1 of the draft kicks off.

Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Green Bay Packers fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.

Based on our recent poll, which asked which prospect you believe the Green Bay Packers will be selected in the first round of next week’s NFL draft, most of you have rallied around two positions groups: the offensive line and defensive back. Now is the time to call your shot: Which one will it be?

Based on the data, Iowa cornerback Cooper DeJean — who is considered the top safety prospect in this class, too — is the runaway favorite to be the most likely Packer in the first round. With that being said, three offensive linemen — Washington’s Troy Fautanu, Georgia’s Amarius Mims and Duke’s Graham Barton — all received more votes in our poll than the remaining cornerback prospects.

So if they were put head-to-head, do you think it’s going to be a lineman or a cornerback at #25? Or maybe you consider the “other” option, which includes the Packers taking an off-ball linebacker or safety a little earlier than most draft analysts expect. According to the consensus draft board, the top linebacker in the class is Texas A&M’s Edgerring Cooper, who is ranked 42nd in the class. The number one safety is Minnesota’s Tyler Nubin, who is ranked 46th.

It’s possible that Green Bay feels like they need to address one of those positions because of the holes on their depth chart, but the expectation is that the board is supposed to fall in a way where offensive linemen and cornerbacks are more likely options with the Packers’ first-round pick. Luckily, Green Bay owns two second-round picks (#41 and #58) thanks to the New York Jets’ trade for Aaron Rodgers.

So with all of that information out of the way, what position group do you think general manager Brian Gutekunst will take in the first round? Now is the time to lock in your brownie points.
