WWE’s X

Next up on WWE NXT’s calendar is a two-week event that will play out on the brand’s regular Tuesday night television show — Spring Breakin’ takes place on April 23 and 30.

Heading into the last episode before Spring Breakin’, we already had an NXT Title match with Trick Williams putting his future on the brand up against Ilja Dragunov’s championship. On April 16’s show, another title bouts been added along with two other matches and a contract signing.

The NXT Women’s belt will be defended in a Triple Threat, with Lyra Valkyria getting a chance to reclaim the title she lost to Roxanne Perez at Stand & Deliver in a match that will also involve the former ally who keeps getting involved Valkyria’s business, Tatum Paxley.

Blair Davenport cost Sol Ruca when she faced off against Lola Vice in the latest incident in a feud that started when Davenport was still mystery attacking people in the NXT parking lot. Now they’ll do battle in a no disqualification Beach Brawl next Tuesday. Vice, meanwhile, will sign a contract for a future NXT Underground match against Natalya on second night of Spring Breakin’.

And the surviving members of No Quarter Catch Crew will take on The Tony D’Angelo Family in trios action.

Other than the worked mixed martial arts bout between Nattie & Lola, there’s nothing announced for April 30 yet… probably because the WWE Draft falls in between the two weeks of Spring Breakin’, so the roster could be different by then.

Here’s the card for April 23’s night one:

• Ilja Dragunov (c) vs. Trick Williams for the NXT championship, Williams will leave NXT if he doesn’t win the title

• Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Tatum Paxley vs. Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s championship

• Sol Ruca vs. Blair Davenport in a no DQ Beach Brawl

• No Quarter Catch Crew vs. The D’Angelo Family in a six-man tag

• Contract signing for NXT Underground with Natalya and Lola Vice

Excited to go Spring Breakin’ with Shawn Michaels & company?
