As part of the summer transfer window, names are multiplying around FC Barcelona, which is trying to recruit Lionel Messi (PSG), as well as other elements for its workforce next year.

The Catalan club, fully on the track leading to the 35-year-old Argentinian, would have offered Lionel Messi a rather low salary by current standards of the sevenfold Ballon d’Or, to attract him next summer. But the Parisian is not the only attacker targeted by Barça: the club trained by Xavi Hernandez is also thinking of Vitor Roque (A. Paranaense), Rasmus Hojlund (Atalanta) or Gift Orban (La Gantoise), even Pierre – Emerick Aubameyang (Chelsea).
FC Barcelona, leader of La Liga, also intends to part with many players from its workforce: Samuel Umtiti will not be retained, as will Clément Lenglet, Sergiño Dest and Ansu Fati. When others, like Jordi Alba, could see their wages drop.
A PL striker in agreement with Barça?
FC Barcelona, which thinks of many elements of Chelsea, would have said that it would have closed in the greatest secrecy the recruitment of a free striker at the end of the season: Roberto Firmino. The Brazilian wants to leave Liverpool at the end of the season, as his playing time has dropped with the arrivals of the Reds’ young guard in recent months (Darwin Nuñez, Diogo Jota, Cody Gakpo, Luis Diaz).

The Catalan club wants to double the position of number 9, where Robert Lewandowski, very successful this season (27 goals in 37 games), feels very lonely.
Jürgen Klopp, the Liverpool coach, tried to retain Roberto Firmino, in vain. Not long ago, the German declared in front of the press to have been “A little” surprised by the willingness to leave of his 31-year-old striker. But Jürgen Klopp says he “respect” the Brazilian’s decision.
