2024 SUPERCROSS POINT STANDINGS (AFTER ROUND 8 OF 17)

A great night of racing at the Daytona Motor Speedway, Jett Lawrence proved he is the one to beat once again as he was able to make his way into the lead and take the win, gaining even more points on the field. Chase Sexton looked a lot better as well after a few weeks of injury. Eli Tomac did not get his eighth win in Daytona this weekend but he was still able to walk away with a second which is respectful in itself. Cooper Webb struggled a bit through the main event sitting in around seventh for almost its entirety. He then was able to make his way up to fourth but he would lose valuable points on Lawrence.

450SX CHAMPIONSHIP POINT STANDINGS

Jett Lawrence proved once again that he is a force to be reckoned with. After a crash last weekend, he rebounds and collects back all the points he had lost. Cooper Webb who was in second in points struggled in Daytona and did not capitalize after last week’s win. Chase Sexton was able to finish third. which is great to see after a few weeks of injury and he looked really good on the track as well. As for the seven-time Daytona winner, Eli Tomac would have to settle for second behind Lawrence which is still a respective finish. Headed into next week, it is Lawrence with momentum on his side.
