WWE releases two more wrestlers

Towards the end of last night’s episode of SmackDown on FOX, we learned that Jinder Mahal, Xia Li, and Xyon Quinn were all released by WWE.

At the time that news broke late in the evening, we didn’t know if more cuts were on the way. A couple of hours have gone by, and Fightful Select now says that Raw stars Veer Mahaan and Sanga have also been cut by WWE.

Veer and Sanga most recently worked under the team name Indus Sher, with Mahal as their mouthpiece and manager. Going back further than that, Veer is best known for the weekly teases that he was “coming to Raw.” This went on for roughly six months before he finally arrived on the show in April 2022. His singles push quickly fizzled out within a few months.
