Fortnite’s anime crossovers have been one of the most exciting part of the last couple of Chapters. The game traditionally crossed over with tons of media. It’s only just started to explore the worlds of anime though, with Dragon Ball, Naruto, My Hero Academia, and Jujutsu Kaisen. A new set of these Fortnite My Hero Academia Wave 3 skins are coming soon too.
We’ve already had a couple of waves of the most popular Fortnite crossovers with anime. Multiples for Dragon Ball, Naruto, and My Hero to a lesser extent. In the Fortnite My Hero Academia Crossover, we’ve largely focused on the Heroes so far. Epic’s changing that with the next crossover though, bringing in some of the manga’s most popular characters!
When does Fortnite My Hero Academia Wave 3 release? And what can we expect once it does? These are the details we know so far.
What New Fortnite My Hero Academia Skins are Coming?
The latest wave to come to Fortnite in the new My Hero Academia crossover is focused on the villains. While they are the bad guys in the story, they’ve had plenty of focus. Even getting a full arc exploring their development instead of the hero characters. Three of the most popular and prominent villains are coming as Fortnite My Hero Academia skins.

There’s three characters coming in this wave. The first is Shgaraki. He’s the main antagonist (At least until the final act) of the franchise. He’s coming with a set of back bling and pickaxe.
The second character is Dabi. He’s one of My Hero’s most recognizable characters, a brother of one of our current Fortnite skins Todoroki. The final is Toga, the main female villian in the series.
Including a number of villains will definitely help flesh out the roster of these skins. Dragon Ball’s latest wave also focused on iconic villains, so it’s great to see My Hero Academia getting the same treatment.
When Does the Fortnite My Hero Academia Wave 3 Content Release?
The new Fortnite My Hero Academia skins coming in the next batch are going to fun to play around with. When will they show up in the Fortnite item shop though? Fortnite often has skins leak ahead of time, but release dates are hard to pin down.
Once the skins are in the Fortnite files we tend to know about them. However, they can stay in the files unused for as long as Epic wants. For a major crossover like this, that’s already done, it usually turns up sooner than later.
Fortnite X Star Wars is the big thing in the game right now, so it would be weird to see this crossover pop up in the next few days. However, after that we can basically expect at any point! The latest season of My Hero Academia has just begun, a release date to coincide with this hyped return of the show is going to be the most likely. Hopefully, the skins release and players can start playing as soon as possible!
