The Chicago Bears used the final draft pick that they had coming into the 2024 Draft to select Iowa punter Tory Taylor.
Unless Ryan Poles makes some trades, this will likely put a cap in the Bears’ draft.
Punter became a big need after Trenton Gill slumped after last year.
But a punter from Iowa is a weapon, because Iowa punted a lot. And I mean a lot.

That might be it for the Bears in the draft. However, with a lot of picks in next year’s draft, we could see them move back in. Especially for a defensive lineman. That was their biggest need that has gone unaddressed.
