So far the selections lean heavily towards defense
For the Los Angeles Rams, Days 1 and 2 of the 2024 NFL Draft are in the books. To start the final day, L.A. will seemingly take Round 4 off before re-entering the fray. The Rams have picks Round 5 #154, Round 6 #196, #209, #213, #217 and Round 7 #254 remaining. That is, unless General Manager Les Snead pulls off another trade.
L.A. has been busy thus far, snagging four four players out the Top 100. #19 edge Jared Verse, trading up to for #39 defensive tackle Braden Fiske, #83 running back Blake Corum, and #99 safety Kam Kinchens.
What’s in store for Rounds 4 and 5? Here’s a list of prospects that are still available. Quite a few may be gone before the Rams go on the clock, sans a trade, L.A. will watch 54 prospect roll by before their shot a #154.

Who should the Rams take at #154?
So far, the Rams have taken a needs-based path. It’s not a sexy group, more of a lunch pail, workman-like class. High floors, strength and toughness rule the day. If you are prognosticating selections, the upcoming players will likely be in the same vein.
How far will CB TJ Tampa and WR Troy Franklin, two players I rated in the Top 50, continue to fall? When will the backup QB run start? Where do Rams fans stand to start Day 3?
