The Las Vegas Raiders ended their season on a high note, beating the Broncos 27-14 at home. Winning the last game of the season allowed Antonio Pierce to finish his interim tenure with a winning record of 5-4.
As the Raiders head to the offseason, the search for a general manager has begun. Five candidates have been interviewed already, but the coaching process has not started as of now. Pierce and Champ Kelly have a good chance of retaining their positions. However, big names like Jim Harbaugh and Mike Vrabel could swing Mark Davis differently.
