DP World Tour golfers are nearing the conclusion of their final tournament of the year. Indeed, the third round of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open 2023 (with a prize pool of $1.2 million) has come to an end. This event, born in 2015 and organized in collaboration between the European Tour, Sunshine Tour and Asian Tour, is seeing Louis Oosthuizen in command of operations with still 18 holes to play. The South African golfer posted an impressive -7, bringing him to an overall score of -14 (197 strokes). He is currently leading with an advantage of one length over his compatriot Jacques De Villiers, and three over the English Laurie Canter. The South African duo of Jayden Schaper and Jaco Prinsloo are occupying fourth place with a score of -10, followed just one stroke behind by the other South African pair Pieter Moolman and Lyle Rowe.

The top ten closes with -8 in eighth place, with the Germans Marcel Siem and Marcel Schneider, the Englishman Paul Waring and the South Africans Darren Fichardt and Dylan Nidoo playing on the par 72 course of the Heritage Golf Club in Bel-Ombre, Mauritius. Saturday was a day to forget for Sebastian Soderberg: the Swede, leader at mid-race, suffered a defeat with an unfortunate +5 which made him slip to twenty-second position with a score of -5.
As for the Italians at the international golf tournament, today there was an excellent result for Renato Paratore, who with a score of -4 places himself in 28th place and tomorrow will try to climb the rankings by reaching the top 20. Andrea Pavan also smiles him thanks to the good performance which earned him 34th position with -3. On the contrary, Guido Migliozzi stumbled with a +2 which brings him to 46th place with a total score of -2. Tomorrow the last and decisive day of the tournament will take place before the one-month break in international golf.
