Giants 2024 schedule tied for the sixth-hardest in the NFL

Opponents had a combined winning percentage of .516 last season

As the dust settles on the 2024 NFL Draft, attention turns to the release of the upcoming season’s schedule. While we await the full details, every team already knows who they will face, offering a glimpse into the matchups.

Schedule release day is a key moment in the NFL calendar and a chance for experts and fans to assess the strength of the schedule for each team.

The schedule release for next season is expected between May 9th and May 16th.

The NFL’s opening game for 2024 will be held on Sept. 5, hosted by the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. It will conclude with Super Bowl 59, which will occur on February 9th, 2025, in New Orleans.

In addition, the first-ever game played in Brazil will take place. The NFL announced back in February that the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers will participate in the inaugural NFL contest in South America on September 6th.

The New York Giants will play the sixth-toughest schedule for the 2024 season, tied with the Buffalo Bills, after playing the fourth-highest-strength schedule in 2023. Their opponents’ win percentage last season was 0.516%.

The Giants’ 2024 opponents will feature games against five playoff teams: Dallas, Philadelphia, Cleveland, Baltimore, and Tampa Bay.

They will play against the Minnesota Vikings at home and the Seattle Seahawks on the road. Both teams finished in the same place in their respective divisions.

As for the 2024 season, the NFC East will face off against the NFC South and AFC North divisions.

New York will play nine games at home and eight on the road.
