As a 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit the city of Kahramanmaraş, Christian Atsu and Hatayspor sports director Taner Savut are currently under rubble and rescuers are trying to help them. Two other players Burak Öksüz and Bertuğ Yıldırım were pulled out of the rubble as were two members of the technical staff.
