AEW World Champion Chris Jericho took to Instagram on Sunday and responded to a new post from Matt Hardy.
We noted on Friday how Matt posted a new “Unkillable” video to his YouTube channel. You can see that and some of the speculation surrounding the video by clicking here, including Matt’s comments on a new version to be revealed soon.
Matt posted a link to the video to his Instagram account and Jericho responded.
Matt wrote, “Major changes are happening, both internally & externally. The EVOLUTION shall be swift & powerful. 3220 #FreeTheDELETE”
Jericho responded, “Stay home Matt… [thumbs down emoji]”
Matt then fired back with, “I’ll go or stay wherever I want. Worry about yourself.”
As we’ve noted, Matt’s WWE contract expires on Sunday, March 1 and there have been rumors on a possible run with AEW after that.
