There are only three days left before we enter 2024, which means New Year’s resolutions! Why do I have a feeling gym memberships are about to skyrocket soon?
Most of us have resolutions, but it doesn’t mean we adhere to them the whole way. What are yours? And do you have any prior New Year’s resolutions that ever stuck? Don’t worry, this is a judgment-free zone.
