Every day, we draw closer to the reveal of Call of Duty 2024, which at this point looks as though it’ll be called Black Ops 6. In June, Activision Blizzard will host a grand event to showcase the length and breadth of the next Call of Duty title, which has been in development for several years. Now, Call of Duty players have been given the opportunity to unlock the ‘Sally’ Blueprint in Warzone, picking up a weapon skill for the 9mm Daemon handgun that is reminiscent of the original Black Ops game.
It’s instantly recognisable as one of the handguns wielded by Alex Mason on the cover of Black Ops (2010). In Warzone, players can complete a basic challenge to unlock the Sally Blueprint and run wild with a similar weapon, except this one has a telling teaser scratched right into the surface of the gun.
Get The Sally Blueprint in Warzone
Originally, the ‘Sally’ handgun in Black Ops was an M1911 pistol with the word SALLY scratched along the top slide. It was joined by eight tally marks – but that’s where the Sally Blueprint in Warzone deviates slightly. It has been changed so that there are just six tally marks – Black Ops 6, perhaps?
It’s widely assumed that this is a limited-time offer in the run-up to the reveal of Black Ops 6, but nobody knows how long the event will last. That means you’ll need to work quickly if you want to secure the Sally Blueprint.
To get the Sally Blueprint in Warzone, you’ll need to locate the weapon as ground loot and get a single kill with it in ‘akimbo’ form. It can also be picked up off a downed teammate – all that matters is that you secure that one kill. It can also appear in loot boxes around the map, and it can be found in Resurgence, Plunder, and regular Battle Royale modes. That’s all there is to it, and you can realistically unlock the Sally Blueprint in a single match.
It’s like Activision wants everyone to have the weapon to drive up the hype of Black Ops 6, or something. We’ll learn more about the game in the second week of June.
