Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela responds to fan’s query of marrying Rishabh Pant

Rishabh Pant‘s much-anticipated return to cricket after a horrific car accident dominated headlines, but his comeback match for Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 was overshadowed by off-field drama.

The wicketkeeper-batters’s return, after a 15-month absence due to injuries, showcased his determination and fighting spirit. While his on-field performance against Punjab Kings (PBKS) offered a glimpse of his talent, DC fell short of victory in their opening game.

Fans fixated on Urvashi Rautela’s response

A section of fans, however, couldn’t help but shift their focus to the ongoing controversy surrounding Pant’s alleged relationship with Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela. A recent interview clip featuring Urvashi went viral on social media. When asked about the possibility of marriage with Pant, she offered a curt “no comments,” leaving fans further intrigued.

A history of speculation and denials

This is not the first time Urvashi has been linked to Pant. News of their relationship surfaced in 2018, but both celebrities have consistently denied these claims. There were reports of Pant even blocking Urvashi on Whatsapp.

Meanwhile, during her interview to an entertainment portal last year, Urvashi publicly apologized to Pant, acknowledging the comments she made on Instagram. Nevertheless, the controversy continues, with conflicting accounts arising from different media outlets.

On the work front, Urvashi has massive film projects line-up this year. She will be seen in ‘Welcome 3’ opposite Akshay Kumar, ‘NBK109’ with Bobby Deol, Dulqueer Salman, Nandamuri Balakrishna, and ‘Baap’ with Sunny Deol & Sanjay Dutt.
