The Denver Broncos rookie quarterback has the same odds at DraftKings as fellow QB Drake Maye.

The Denver Broncos may have found their quarterback.

At least Sean Payton, the franchise and the fans hope that’s the case. After all, Bo Nix is a great fit for Payton and his offense. Regardless of how you feel about the selection and where it occurred, that factor cannot be denied.

If you think that will correlate to success on the field for Nix, Payton and the Broncos, there’s a fresh market available at DraftKings Sportsbook to consider.

Nix is currently +1,600 to win NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. Denver’s new quarterback is tied with fellow rookie QB Drake Maye and Xavier Worthy.

Caleb Williams is the favorite for the award at +200, followed by Marvin Harrison Jr. (+600), Jayden Daniels (+650), J.J. McCarthy (+800) and Malik Nabers (+900).

Since Nix hasn’t even stepped on the field yet, some may view this as a little early. However, it is great value. And if word comes that Nix is picking up the Payton offense and playing well in rookie minicamp and the rest of the offseason, that number could lower.

If you were wondering about the Broncos Super Bowl odds after the selection of Nix, they haven’t moved off the +12,000 they’ve been since January. As a reminder, these are the worst odds for Denver since 1977. Denver also still sits at 5.5 regular season wins for the season.

As for other other odds that Broncos bettors might want to look at, Pat Surtain II for Defensive Player of the Year. I’ve said for the last few seasons bettors should take a flyer on Denver’s cornerback to win the award since, eventually, he’ll win it.

As it stands, Surtain is at +6,000 to win the award.
