AEW announces the return of Jon Moxley

Jon Moxley hasn’t been live inside an AEW ring since he teamed up with Claudio Castagnoli to beat FTR at the March 3 Revolution pay-per-view. But that’s going to change next Wednesday night (Apr. 17) when Jon makes his return to Dynamite.

Moxley just won the IWGP world heavyweight championship Friday night at NJPW Windy City Riot, so he’s returning to AEW as a world champion. AEW even showed some clips of his championship victory on tonight’s episode of Collision before announcing his return:

Next week is the go-home episode of Dynamite ahead of the AEW Dynasty pay-per-view that takes place on Sunday, April 21, so we’ll see if Moxley is officially booked for the PPV by the time Dynamite is over.
