The 450 riders have hit the track for their qualifying sessions, returning is last year’s Champion Chase Sexton as he looks to put himself on the top spot of the podium again. This is no easy feat as the entire field is stacked with fast riders. Jett Lawrence coming off his incredible outdoor season and SMX Championship looks to keep that momentum for the 2024 season. Also, the return of Eli Tomac has brought a lot of attention all while the rest of the pack has a chance to take home the win. We can’t doubt that riders like Adam Cianciarulo, Ken Roczen, Jason Anderson, or Hunter Lawerence will come away with the win as well. In this stacked field it will be a battle just to make it into the main event.

Chase Sexton was quick off the line early in the first session and was able to put in more than a few fast laps, right from the beginning.

Malcolm Stewart was looking for alternate lines on the track and trying multiple sequences through the whoops, like jumping rather than skimming.

Jett Lawrence eased into his practice and took a few slow laps to find his rhythm. In no time he was able to put in a heater lap that put him at the top position of the practice.
