SPY PHOTOS: PRE-PRODUCTION 2024 KAWASAKI KX450 LEAKED

The all-new 2024 Kawasaki KX450 has been spotted on social media this morning with photos and videos of Kawasaki MXGP rider Romain Febvre testing the bike.
Because the MXGP series is a “works bike” Championship, brands like Kawasaki are allowed to race pre-production motorcycles without adhering to the production rule we have in the US with AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross. The production rule was put in place to keep racing fair between factory teams and privateer riders. However, in Europe, pre-production bikes are free game. This is why Kawasaki MXGP riders Romain Febvre and Mitch Evans can race the 2024 Kawasaki KX450 in the 2023 season, long before the bike is available to the public.
This same rule also allowed Jeremy Van Horebeek to race the pre-production Beta 450 four-stroke motocross bike in the 2021 and 2022 MXGP seasons and why Jorge Prado was able to race the 2023 GasGas MC450F factory edition (built off of the 2023 KTM 450SXF) in the 2022 season.
Several photos and videos were taken at the public Baccalamanza Motocross Track.
It seems like original photo credit goes to @jack337 and lanttoracing
