On March 21st, 2024, the mobile version of the popular Call of Duty game, Warzone, was released on the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store. The free-to-play game had more than 45 million pre-registrations in total from both application stores, making it a really anticipated title.

Warzone Mobile is a game built from the ground-up for Android and iOS devices. It brings over the legendary maps and modes from the game but has its own identity as a standalone title. The game has been specifically designed for mobile devices, with optimized movement, aiming, and weapon handling to maximize performance. As such, it doesn’t allow cross-platform play. Thus, being a separate game, Warzone Mobile has a wide array of supported devices, which players can know through the required specifications.

The game does allow cross-progression, though, making it one of the most exciting features of Warzone Mobile. This feature allows you to link your existing COD account to gain in-game benefits across Modern Warfare III and the main Warzone on consoles/PCs.
