According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE women’s tag champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler were pulled from Sunday’s Clash of Champions and last night’s Monday Night Raw as a safety precaution, with both women going public on social media that they are in fact healthy. The report notes that Jax and Baszler came into contact with someone who has COVID-19, and they will be quarantining for the next couple of weeks.
Former NXT cruiserweight champion Cedric Alexander was MIA from last night’s show. Speculation is that he may also be in quarantine, but that has not been confirmed. As a reminder all five members of the RETRIBUTION group also came into contact with someone who has the COVID-19 virus.
There were also two referees who were pulled from Raw as a precautionary measure according to Wrestling Inc. They were replaced by female official Jessika Carr.
