News On Marty Scurll, Rights To Villain Club, AEW Bound?

on

Ring of Honor star Marty Scurll is currently not scheduled for ROH’s final pay per view of the year, Final Battle, leading to speculation that after his contract concludes on November 30th, he’ll be gone from the company. The most likely destination for the former IWGP Junior Heavyweight champion is AEW, where he was recently teased in an episode of Being The Elite. There’s also word that he still has an active interest in NJPW, but that would mean maintaining a relationship with ROH. Reports are that Scurll does own the rights to the “Villain Club” moniker, and he could use it in whatever promotion he ultimately decides to go to. ROH has offered Scurll a large contract, but there’s no indication that he’ll be staying.
