The Monmouth University men’s tennis team defeated William & Mary 4-3 at the Little Silver Tennis Club on Sunday afternoon. Monmouth will now travel to Smithfield to face Bryant on Friday, March 8.

With the win, Monmouth secures its first CAA win of the 2023-24 season and improves to 8-2 head-to-head.

The Hawks opened the match with a pair of doubles wins to take the point before earning points in three different singles positions. Mateo Bivol, Adam Hillerby and Alex Martinez Sanz each earned singles victories to cement the Hawks’ victory.
