AAA Mega Champion Kenny Omega will defend his title against AAA World Cruiserweight Champion Laredo Kid at the upcoming Rey de Reyes event.
Omega, who also currently holds the AEW World Tag Team Titles with Hangman Page, defeated Rey Fenix to win the AAA Mega Title back in October at the Heroes Inmortales XIII event. Laredo Kid made his AEW debut back at Fyter Fest in June 2019, teaming with Fenix and Pentagon Jr. for a loss to Omega and The Young Bucks.
AAA Rey de Reyes takes place on Saturday, March 21 from Poliforum Zamna in Merida, Yucatan. It will air live on Twitch. Below is the announced card, featuring AAA, AEW and Impact Wrestling talents:
