Inter Milan: Real Madrid ready to bet big on a PSG target

Real Madrid would make an Inter Milan midfielder one of their priorities for the summer transfer window. Merengue leaders could bet 60 million euros to recruit him.

Inter Milan’s Italian midfielder Nicolo Barella is in Real Madrid’s sights, reveals Fichajes.net. Coach Carlo Ancelotti would like to recruit him to strengthen his team during the next transfer market.

Manchester United and PSG also on the lookout

The 26-year-old has proven himself in recent seasons with Inter Milan, helping to win the Serie A title two years ago. Under Simone Inzaghi, the Cagliari native developed his game and became a key part of the Nerazzurri midfield.

Inter Milan are facing financial difficulties and may not qualify for the Champions League next season. This situation could push the Italian club to sell some of its most valuable players, including Nicolo Barella.

Real Madrid would be ready to pay around 60 million euros to secure his services. But the competition looks tough. Other big clubs, such as Chelsea, Manchester United and PSG, would also be interested in the profile of the Italian international (43 caps, 8 goals). The merengue club will have to be persuasive and convincing to attract the player to their ranks.

Nicolo Barella has scored 8 goals and provided 8 assists in 42 games in all competitions this season. The player has a contract which runs until June 2026 with the Milanese formation.
