The people have spoken! We love the Caleb Wiliams and Rome Odunze picks!

I can’t say I was surprised that the results from our Chicago Bears’ draft grades vote was an “A” for both the Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze selections. Fans are excited about Chicago’s new QB-WR combo, which jibes with national and local media grades.

There are a few doubters for sure, but nearly everyone believes the Bears knocked their first round out of the park.

Our partners at DraftKings have some early odds out for NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, and unsurprisingly, Williams is the favorite at +200. Next is Marvin Harrison Jr. at +600, Jayden Daniels at +650, J.J. McCarthy at +800, and Malik Nabers at +900. If you were wondering about Odunze, he’s just four players down the list at +1800.

DraftKings also has the rookies mixed in with their MVP odds, and Caleb checks in at a tie for 19 with Kyler Murray at +5000, and he’s also the only rookie listed in their top 28. For those wondering, Patrick Mahomes is the fave at +600.

Williams got the “hero ball” knock last year at USC, but with DJ Moore, Cole Kmet, Keenan Allen, Gerald Everett, D’Andre Swift, Khalil Herbert, Roschon Johnson, and now Odunze, he has plenty of offensive weapons to work with in 2024.

Chicago’s offensive line depth could use a tweak or two, but offensive coordinator Shane Waldron has the experience to scheme around any issues that may pop up.

Here are the results of yesterday’s SB Nation Reacts vote.
