Carlos Alcaraz made his first tattoo with special words

on

Carlos Alcaraz has decided to introduce something new about himself: a tattoo, the first of his life. The moment was immortalized on social media, with the photo of the tattoo artist transcribing the words, specified by the Spanish tennis player himself in his post on Instagram: “CCC”, are the three initials enshrined on the arm of the world number one.

In the social message, the three Cs are accompanied by three emoticons, which explain what those three Cs mean. “Cabeza, Corazón y Cojones” or “Head, Heart and B*lls.” This is what the three letters tattooed on the arm indicate.

This phrase is a tribute to his grandfather, as the Grand Slam champion himself had indicated a few months ago. During the ATP Masters 1000 in Miami, the first winner of his career, he had declared: “My grandfather always told me to focus on the Three Cs: head, heart and balls.”

Now, this message will accompany him for these and all seasons that will follow.

The 2023 of Carlos Alcaraz

Head, heart and b*lls are needed by Carlos Alcaraz to restart after the stop he suffered in Paris-Bercy, when he retired with an abdominal problem.

The same problem that led him to forfeit the ATP Finals and the final stages of the Davis Cup. Now that the six-week break is over, the Spaniard has decided to go back to Australia. A start that does not see Carlos Alcaraz wearing the Spain shirt in the United Cup, but the world number will fly directly to the Australian Open.

In Melbourne, the Grand Slam champion will try to win the Grand Slam title, but the more difficult task will be to defend the top of the ranking. Several players could aim for that position: more complex Rafael Nadal, while Casper Ruud will not defend any point on Australian tournaments, considering his retirement before the last edition.

Novak Djokovic will be the main favorite for the Australian Slam, with Alcaraz and Rafael Nadal who will try to get the Serb in troubles.
