In our weekly SB Nation Reacts survey, Denver Broncos fans seem fairly confident in the team heading into the deepest parts of the offseason.

The Denver Broncos closed out last season just under .500 on the season and have wrapped up an incredibly active start to the 2024 season. They led by moving on from key veteran starters like quarterback Russell Wilson and safety Justin Simmons, while navigating free agency with a bit of fiscal prudence. Then finished things off getting their next franchise quarterback with first-round pick Bo Nix.

So I figured it might be good to get a sense of where fans are at with the direction of the franchise after such an eventful offseason with this week’s SB Nation reacts survey. 82% of you voted that you are confident the Broncos are heading in the right direction this season.

A quick pulse check of where that confidence was when the season ended and it stood at 61%, so a solid 21% jump in confidence after the free agency period and 2024 NFL Draft. While that seems impressive, May and June is typically when you see the highest of hopes from the fan base. In many past year’s, we’ve hit this period in the mid-90s. So it would seem fans are becoming wary of the long climb back into relevance. Will this year finally be the year they turn things around?
