Tonight is the opening round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
The New York Jets currently own the tenth overall selection. The Jets could end up picking tenth, but there is a lot of buzz about the team potentially trading up or trading down. We will see where the Jets end up, but we can expect them to pick at some point tonight.
The team is widely expected to pick a player on offense in the first round. The defense is currently the team’s dominant unit. There is a general lack of young talent on offense once you get past Garrett Wilson and Breece Hall. Of course, last year the Jets surprised us all by picking Will McDonald. McDonald was completely off the radar. Could we see a similar surprise. We will need to wait and see.
