That’s all I need to hear!
Dianna Russini sent out this tweet not long after the Tennessee Titans selected JC Latham:

That’s all I needed to hear to be sold on the pick. Bill Callahan is the best offensive line coach in the NFL. He has an extremely long track record of identifying and developing offensive line talent. If Latham was his favorite player in this draft, I am convinced he is the right guy for the Titans.
Latham primarily played right tackle at Alabama, but Nick Saban said they worked guys on both sides in practices in case they were needed to play on the other side in an emergency.
We will never know if the Titans preferred Joe Alt over Latham because Alt was picked by the Los Angeles Chargers with the 5th pick.
It will be interesting to see where the Titans go with the next pick. They still need a wide receiver and a ton of help on the defensive side of the ball – including on the line, at EDGE, at inside linebacker, and at safety.
