Youssef Ramadan became VT’s first NCAA Champion last night in the 100 fly. His time, 43.15, is the second-fastest performance in history. Ramadan shares how he has had this moment in his head for years. “I’ve always had this in my head, me having this talk to you guys, me on the ropes after seeing that I’m first,” Ramadan said, “everyday I’m thinking of this.”
