The WWE Draft gave Raw a ratings boost against competition from the NBA & NHL Playoffs. How would the following week’s show — which featured the fallout from Backlash France and the start of the King & Queen of the Ring tournaments — do?

According to Wrestlenomics, Raw’s May 6 episode averaged 1,619,000 viewers per hour and did a .53 rating among 18-49 year old. Both are down a little less than 4% from the previous Monday.

SportsMediaWatch provided an hourly breakdown:

Hour 1 – 1.71 million viewers / .56 demo rating
Hour 2 – 1.69 / .55
Hour 3 – 1.46 / .48

Just like everything else on television is these days, Raw was again up against pro basketball & hockey’s post-season championship tournaments. WWE was behind TNT & TruTV’s NBA coverage, where the New York Knicks’ thrilling series-opening win Indiana Pacers game that aired against most of Raw had 4.8 million viewers & a 1.61 in 18-49 and the Minnesota Timberwolves second victory over the defending champion Denver Nuggets that was up against the red show’s third hour drew an audience of 4.7 million with a 1.69 demo number.

On ESPN, the Boston Bruins blowout game 1 win over the Florida Panthers in the NHL’s second round was watched by 1.85 million and did the same .53 rating as Raw.

We’ll see how WWE fares next Monday, when they’re guaranteed to be going up against two NBA and at least one NHL playoff game. Until we do, here’s a rundown of the past year’s worth of numbers for Raw:
