Eagles have their exit interviews on Wednesday, and there’s bound to be a lot of coaching changes to follow.

The 2023 Eagles are officially a thing of the past, and players are scheduled to clean out their lockers and have their exit interviews on Wednesday — coaches will have their exit interviews, as well.

We already know that the 2024 Eagles will look markedly different with news that Jason Kelce is planning to retire. Offensively, a lot of the pieces may stay the same, but Cam Jurgens will have a steep learning curve to fill Kelce’s role.

On defense, despite Brandon Graham saying he wants to play for one more year, Fletcher Cox wouldn’t speak to reporters, or address his future with the team, after the loss to the Bucs. Several secondary players and linebackers were on one-year deals, and many free agents aren’t likely to return.

Even still, the biggest changes are expected at the coaching level. The collapse of this season’s roster was historic, and in the kind of way that gets a lot of people fired. If Nick Sirianni ends up staying in Philly, you’d imagine it would have to be with a complete coaching overall, on offense and defense. But, Sirianni staying on as head coach seems like a long shot at this point, too.

So, while we wait to see what Jeffrey Lurie and Howie Roseman decide to do…
