Wes Lee returns to NXT TV

And he’s coming for the North American championship already.

The second week of NXT’s “Spring Breakin” special featured a North American championship match with a whole lot of meat flying around from some big meaty men.

Oba Femi putting the North American title on the line against Ivar in an ultimate clash of beef that absolutely saw a few spots showcasing as much.

Consider:

They were given multiple “this is awesome” chants for a match that featured too many fun spots to count. In the end, Femi managed to get Ivar up for a pop-up powerbomb and that was enough to keep him down for the three count.

And still.

It wasn’t the big story coming out of the match, however. No, that would be the return of Wes Lee, whose music hit to a big pop just as Femi was celebrating his big victory. He came in through the crowd, jumping from the barricade to the steps to emphatically state he is back from the back injury that kept him out dating back to December of last year.
