The rook finally punches it in
The Washington Commanders have been painful to watch today. There have been bad plays from every unit. Turnovers, penalties, drops, its been ugly. They finally got a break when a snap went over Jets QB Trevor Siemian’s head and DE Casey Toohill was there to recover the fumble. Washington got the ball at New York’s 12 yard line. Chris Rodriguez got the carry, and forced his way into the end zone through several Jets defenders. This was Rodriguez’s first NFL TD.
