Williams and Odunze put on the navy and orange for the first time over the weekend.

New Chicago Bears Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze took part in the NFLPA Rookie Premiere over the weekend. In doing so, they donned their new navy and orange Bears gameday uniforms for the very first time.

The Rookie Premiere is a yearly tradition where the NFL Players Association (NFLPA) gathers 40 rookies for their first business event in the league. This year’s event (May 15-19) in Los Angeles marked the 30th time the showcase has been held. In the words, of the NFLPA, the event “serves as a pivotal opportunity to educate these emerging stars on the business side of professional football and expand upon their existing endorsement careers.”

You can find a complete list of all of the NFL rookies who took part in the event here.

Of course, Bears fans were most looking forward to seeing Odunze and Williams suited up in Bears gear for the first time. The Rookie Premiere has a photoshoot as part of their event, fostering relationships with Panini, EA, and others. So we got a sneak peek at what Sundays are going to look like this fall.
