Update on the WWE Network Subscriber Count

It was revealed in today’s WWE Q4 & Full-Year 2019 earnings report that the WWE Network averaged 1.42 million paid subscribers in that quarter, down 10.5% from 1.585 million subscribers in 2018. The average number of paid domestic subscribers for the quarter was 1024 million, down 11% from the 1.156 million the year before in the same quarter.

WWE Network had 1.389 million paid subscribers at the end of 2019. There were also 70,000 free subscribers for a total of 1.459 million. (H/T to Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc) The total number of paid subscribers was down 9% from 2018, and total subscribers were down 6.6%.

1.048 million of the total 1.459 million subscribers were domestic, while the rest were international. Total paid subscribers for 996,000 for the United States, and 393,000 international.

This marks the first time since 2015 that the total number of paid subscribers in the United States dropped below 1 million.

WWE projects the number of average paid subscribers to go to 1.47 million for this quarter.wwe lo
