Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator, Josh Boyer, met with the media yesterday which could potentially be his last one if the Dolphins lost on Sunday. For two years under Brian Flores, Boyer called an aggressive defense living and dying by the blitz. With Flores out of town now, the Dolphins defense has regressed this season under Boyer. We have to take into account though the amount of injuries the Dolphins defense has dealt with this season. The team lost three of their top four cornerbacks and starting safety, Brandon Jones, was lost in the middle of the season. But Boyer will not use that excuse when he talks to Mike McDaniel after the season.

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.
