• Browns UDFA after NFL draft: Get to know LB Winston Reid (Barry Shuck) – During the 2024 NFL Draft, Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry selected linebacker Nathaniel Watson in the sixth round and then went on to, reportedly, sign linebacker Winston Reid out of Weber State after the draft. Reid was productive at a smaller school in college.
• Cleveland’s reasoning behind every pick and UDFA signing starting with Michael Hall Jr. (Matt Wilson) – The Cleveland Browns made six selections in the 2024 NFL Draft, as well as signed nine undrafted free agents shortly after it concluded. Each one of the team’s draft picks and UDFA’s were hand-picked by the front office for a reason, and we’re going to dive into each one below.
• Injuries a ‘blessing in disguise’ for newest Browns CB (Thomas Moore) – Myles Harden missed parts of two season in college due to injuries, but he never stopped learning the game according to his position coach.
• Browns roster includes 5 special teams only players including 3 kickers (Jared Mueller) – Since the Cleveland Browns moved on from kicker Phil Dawson the team has struggled to find stability on special teams. Long snapper Charley Hughlett has been a mainstay but the kicker and punter positions have turned over regularly.
• Browns defensive depth chart: All 42 players after free agency, NFL draft and UDFAs (Jared Mueller) – In most metrics, the Cleveland Browns defense was the best, or one of the best, in Jim Schwartz’s first year leading the group. Sadly, the defensive unit was taken to town in the NFL playoffs which has led to a few changes going into Schwartz’s second year.
• Browns offensive depth chart: 42 of the 90-man roster are on offense (Jared Mueller) – The Cleveland Browns never really seem to stop tinkering with their roster under GM Andrew Berry. That being said, with NFL free agency, the NFL draft and undrafted free agency mostly behind us, it is a good time to look at the team’s roster as it stands currently. By doing so, we might be setting ourselves up for another Browns move.

• Joe Moorhead knew Browns pick Nathaniel Watson would ‘have an opportunity to play’ in NFL (Beacon Journal) – The journey Mississippi State linebacker Nathaniel Watson took to become the Cleveland Browns’ sixth-round pick (No. 206 overall) started with a projection.
• Browns QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson reveals the latest on his hip injury (cleveland.com) -It’s been a long, emotional offseason for Cleveland Browns quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson, but if all goes as planned, he’ll be back out on the field at Browns headquarters next weekend, throwing the ball to the draft picks and other newcomers in rookie minicamp.
• Well-rested Marvin Harrison Jr. ready for Cardinals career (ESPN) – When Marvin Harrison Jr. steps onto the practice field at the Arizona Cardinals’ facility for the first day of rookie minicamp on May 10, it will be his first public on-field action since Nov. 25, 2023, at Michigan Stadium. That was all by design.
• Jordan Travis thinks about being Jets’ QB of future ‘a lot,’ but focus is on getting healthy, better (NFL.com) – While Aaron Rodgers isn’t expected to have any restrictions for organized team activities, the Jets are hoping their younger quarterback waiting in the wings is able to return for training camp.
