Street Profits visited NXT to help get the Tag champs’ catchphrase over

With the WWE Draft taking place over the past couple weeks, NXT’s seen even more main roster guest stars than normal. A lot of the visiting/returning talent haven’t been there to wrestle. Instead, they show up to interact with current members of the Developmental program — creating a connection between future & present, and hopefully giving the up-and-comers a bit of a rub in the process.

NXT Tag Team champions Nathan Frazer & Axiom were defending their belts against a main roster unit in AOP, and they retained thanks to Raw’s New Catch Republic running interference against Akan & Rezar’s Final Testament teammates (adding more heat to the rivalry between that group and Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate, which can now either play out in NXT or their new home on Raw).

Before their match, Axiom & Frazer also met up with Street Profits backstage. Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins offered some Hard Hitting Home Truths to the champs during their pep talk. Tez also watches the product, and worked in Frazer & Axiom’s catchphrase/entrance music title into their motivational message:

Something about Ford’s “I watch the product!” gets me every time. But “Never Slow Down” is good, too.
