Dana White may have accidentally cost someone their job.
A recent video posted to White’s social media saw the UFC president having a laugh as he watched a FedEx employee seemingly showing neglectful behavior as he threw packages into the back of a truck.
In the clip, which can be watched below (courtesy of TheMacLife), White jokes about the scene saying, “FedEx, we’ll get your shit there, but we’ll f*ck it up.”
Now, according to a report from TMZ, that viral video has led to the driver’s firing.
Though it’s unclear whether the FedEx employee was following proper protocol and how his method may have affected the packages, the company was apparently not amused by what they saw.
“The behavior depicted in the video is unacceptable and inconsistent with the professionalism FedEx demonstrates every day,” A FedEx representative told TMZ. “We are committed to treating our customers’ packages with the utmost care, and this driver is no longer providing service for our company as a result of this behavior.”
White is yet to comment on the situation, though it’s unlikely that he intended to have the employee fired when he shared the video.
