It’s almost the end of another season rich in emoluments on the American circuit, with total sums reaching more than 500 million dollars to reward the best golfers in the world. Here is the list of those who have carved out the lion’s share on the PGA Tour.

Pga, players

The Tour Championship this week at East Lake marks the end of the main campaign on the PGA Tour. Yet the $75 million FedEx Cup Final won’t count towards total PGA Tour earnings. In Atlanta, the winnings distributed reward the top 30 players from a reserve intended for the payment of bonuses.

While waiting for the weekend, here are the players who have raised their funds the most this season on the American circuit.

It’s no surprise to see Scottie Scheffler top the earning list, given his incredible consistency over the past year. The 2022 Masters winner improved his earnings by $14 million in 2021-22, pocketing more than $21 million this season, helping him break the earnings record yet again.

A victory in Atlanta would even allow the 27-year-old to approach $40 million in earnings for the season.

Jon Rahm is next on the list with over $16.5 million earned, while Viktor Hovland, Rory McIlroy and US Open winner Wyndham Clark round out the top five.

A total of seven players have earned eight-figure sums during the PGA Tour campaign.
