WTF HOWIE CALM DOWN I CAN’T KEEP UP.

The Philadelphia Eagles have made yet ANOTHER trade down, their fourth one now since the 2024 NFL Draft began.

The Birds were set to be on the clock at No. 123 but they dealt that pick to the Houston Texans, who moved up for Ohio State tight end Cade Stover.

Here’s a look at the terms of the deal:

EAGLES RECEIVE: No. 127, 2025 fifth-round pick

TEXANS RECEIVE: No. 123

According to Over The Cap, the No. 123 pick is is worth 561 points. The No. 127 pick is worth No. 545 points. There’s a discrepancy with how future picks are valued but a fifth-round pick is worth somewhere between 428 and 537 points.

So, another strong deal by Howie Roseman to acquire more ammo in a 2025 NFL Draft that’s said to be stronger than this year’s class. The Eagles previously picked up a 2025 third-round pick from the Miami Dolphins by moving down from No. 120.
