The December Update has dropped into New State Mobile with a lot of new and exciting features for players. This includes the addition of the Northern Lights in a new Erangel map, a suppressor for the M110A1 shotgun, a major change to Play Zones, and more. Here’s everything that you need to know about the update.

Erangel Aurora is here with the breathtaking Northern Lights
Erangel has a gotten visual upgrade as players will now have the chance to battle it out under the Northern Lights. These will appear in normal classic and ranked matches.
In Erangel Aurora, there is also a change to the Tier Points that you earn. In this map, you will get a 50 percent increase in Tier Points. If you lose, though, you will only face a 20 percent increase in loss of points.
What else is new in the New State Mobile December Update?
Firstly, Krafton has brought a new dedicated suppressor for the M1101A1 Shotgun. When this is attached, the weapon will have increased damage and recoil while reducing the volume of each shot.
The other big change in the New State Mobile December Update is to Erangel’s play zone. It will now decrease 10 percent faster and will have 20 percent more item spawns. Krafton said in a release that this was being done to make the matches more exciting.
Additionally, the training mode in New State Mobile will now have new patterns in the shooting gallery. Players can use these to test out and sharpen their aiming skills.
Lastly, the new update has brought a new Survivor Pass. The Survivor Pass Vol. 26 features a new character called Sentry, whose skin can be unlocked for free. The Premium Pass gives significantly better rewards such as the Raven Queen costume set.
