All the TV, radio, and online streaming info you need for Detroit Lions at Dallas Cowboys in Week 17 of the 2023 season.
The Detroit Lions have wrapped up the division, clinching the NFC North last week in Minnesota, but that doesn’t mean they’re content to sit tight and coast through the final two weeks of the regular season.
“We checked the box on one thing and now it’s to the next one,” Lions coach Dan Campbell said earlier in the week. “So at this point, now, we’re fighting for the two seed. And look, if you’re able to get to the one (seed), so be it. But right now, what we know we can achieve on our own is the two (seed) and that’s no easy task. We have to go to Dallas. They haven’t lost in I don’t know how many games at home and they play really well there. It’ll be loud, but we’re looking forward to it and I’m looking forward to going out there and playing a really good opponent at their place again. We’ve done pretty well on the road, we handle it well.”
The Dallas Cowboys have indeed been a very different team at home vs. on the road this season. At home, Dallas is 7-0, is averaging almost 40 points a game, and has never scored less than 30 points. Their point differential is +171 and they are +10 in turnovers, with several dominating performances. That has likely led to the folks over at DraftKings Sportsbook favoring the Cowboys in this game, as Dallas is fighting for an NFC East division title.
“There’s going to be nothing easy about going into Dallas to play these guys,” Campbell said. “And so, there’ll be ebbs and flows in the game. This’ll be another one that’s going to come down to the end of the game. It’ll come down to the wire. But as long as we’re emotionally, psychologically ready, which I believe we will be, we’ll have a good chance.”
