An updated 2023 Detroit Lions depth chart based on our observations from recent games and practices.
In Week 15, the Detroit Lions (9-4) are taking on the Denver Broncos (7-6) in a Saturday night showdown at Ford Field. The Lions are getting healthier at a few key spots and have a few players on injured reserve that could be returning to the roster for the playoff push, which could really benefit Detroit over the final month of the season.
In this updated look at the Lions’ depth chart, we have separated all players by position and listed them in order of perceived importance to the team. To help out your viewing experience, we listed each player’s number next to their name, bolded the projected starters, italicized injured players, and added an asterisk* after the rookies’ names.
Note: This depth chart will be updated two more times ahead of Saturday night’s game. The first situation could be if the Lions elevate any players from the practice squad for this game (decision expected at roughly 4 p.m. ET) and the second will be after inactives are declared (at 6:45 p.m. ET).
